Very informal, relaxed, Small, friendly group of people, who suffer from Fybromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue syndrome, ME... We sit, chat, have coffee/tea/water, buns, biscuits and generally discuss what works/doesnt work for us, how we are coping with work, sleep, pains. It’s ever so relaxed. Get Fit, Lose Weight, Increase Strength and Endurance, Have Fun! 6 week fitness bootcamp with diet plan and nutrition starting July 16th at Holmfirth Civic Hall.. Course is 12 sessions, twice a week for 6 weeks.
