Gentle Movement U3A
You are very welcome to join us at any session. They all stand alone. We have a relaxed start then move into some gentle exercise and creative dance.
In our Gentle Movement sessions we will be gently tuning up our bodies so that they are ready to move. In the warm up we will be using Techniques from yoga, tai chi and dance to improve suppleness and strength. We will also be creating simple structured sequences of movement working as individuals and groups with music and sound. We will finish with a short meditation/ relaxation. You do not need to have any experience of dance to take part, simply a wish to enjoy moving your body through space. Contact 0798 207 9451 for more info.
