An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until 6th November 2019
This is a six week course which is good for all sorts of people. Some benefit who have low mood or anxiety, worry or stress and some just want to put an anchor down and find some stability – to feel the floor again. It is particularly useful for people who struggle to sleep well.
The course is a mixture of MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) and MBCT (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy) and uses the book ‘Finding Peace in a Frantic World’ by Williams and Penman as its focal point.
Designed for busy people, the practices can be easily fitted into a busy schedule
