An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Modern Pilates is a type of exercise designed to improve core stability, flexibility and overall strength leading to enhanced posture and appearance.
It is recommended for everyone. However, it is particularly beneficial for people with weak abdominals and poor posture. Classes are delivered in a small group setting and classes run on a continuous 6 weekly course basis.
The classes are planned and delivered by Anne (an Exercise Practitioner with over 20 years experience) and Chartered Physiotherapist Karen Flynn. Karen specialise in musculoskeletal conditions and she is a spinal specialist.
