Get Fit, Lose Weight, Increase Strength and Endurance, Have Fun!
6 week fitness bootcamp with diet plan and nutrition starting July 16th at Holmfirth Civic Hall..
Course is 12 sessions, twice a week for 6 weeks. Alongside the training we supply a diet and nutrition plan and we have a group on here where members can ask advice, meal tips etc.
The cost for the full 6 weeks is £77 or just over £6 per session and includes the diet and nutrition plan.
✔️ Do you find that you often intend to get to the gym but the day just seems to get away from you and you run out of time? The morning sessions are twice a week and as they are at 6.30am and will be finished by 7.15am most people can attend and still have time to make it to work – our evening sessions are at 6.30pm to give time for people to get back from work but not to get too comfy on the sofa!
✔️ Getting your training done first thing in the morning before the day gets on top of you has been proven to burn more calories, to lower your blood pressure, to increase mental alertness and acuity and to improve your mood! Equally there’s nothing better after a demanding day at work than a hard training session to reset your mood and set you up for the evening. It’ll fill you with energy, you’ll eat better after training as your motivation will be high and unsurprisingly you’ll sleep better. Whether you exercise in the morning or the evening, at least 2 hours of strenuous exercise a week can help prevent or manage many conditions including stroke, diabetes, depression, anxiety and many forms of cancer!
✔️Worried that this bootcamp will be too much or that you’re not fit enough? I demonstrate all exercises at the start of the session and each can be adjusted to accommodate everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. As we limit the number of participants, personal coaching is always available to help and assist throughout the session.
✔️ Maybe you like the idea of bootcamp but don’t fancy paddling out to a local park and splashing about in the mud and rain on yet another of our ‘summer’ days? All of our bootcamps are indoors! I believe that with our changeable and unpredictable climate, training indoors is the only way to get the most out of people. It makes everyone feel less self conscious, gives us more options in terms of workout and exercise style and most importantly cultivates consistency. Knowing that regardless of the weather outside we’ll be training in a warm, air conditioned, dry gym or sports hall makes it easier to get into the habit of training!
✔️ Having trouble with your diet? Not sure what to eat, don’t think you have enough time to prepare something healthy?
Our bootcamps start with a 21 day intense carb cycling diet to really kick start your transformation and then move onto a more long term sustainable clean diet to get you into the habit of eating well. All diets and eating plans are designed to fit with a busy lifestyle. We realise that many people have family and work commitments that can make dieting or embarking on a new eating plan difficult and have tried to design nutrition and diet plans to fit. Lots of people who join our bootcamps are already running diets and eating plans of their own that they are happy with, and if that’s the case we try and work with that.
✔️ We even have a Facebook group for members of our bootcamps where you can read up on diet and nutrition advice, share hints, tips and ideas or ask any questions you may have. Having a support network available is essential if you’re going to get the body, health and lifestyle transformation you dream of!
Bootcamps run all year with each camp running for 6 weeks then having a week off before starting again. However, as with all of our bootcamps we anticipate this one selling out quickly as we limit participants per camp so to guarantee your place you need to book today!
