You asked and we delivered – Yorkshire Bootcamps at Holmfirth Civic Hall
Get Fit, Lose Weight, Have Fun!
TUESDAY AND FRIDAY AT 6.30AM
6 week, 12 session fitness bootcamps with diet plan and nutrition advice. Based on the HIIT (high intensity interval training) format these sessions are a mix of bodyweight and CrossFit inspired exercise using kettlebells, TRX, slam balls, powerbags, battle ropes, plyometric boxes and more! These sessions however are suitable for all regardless of current fitness level or experience, as all of the exercises can be adapted to take into account specific ability, injury etc.
Alongside the training we run an intense 21 day diet followed by a more sustainable, longer term plan. As well as the training, diet and nutritional advice we also have a private Facebook group where members can ask questions, exchange diet tips or menu ideas and generally just help and support each other. And of course there’s your free t shirt!

Five star everytime . With my health issues Liam has been-very adaptable yet pushes you to try your best so you get better and walk away feeling like you have achieved something after each session . Liam is also a nice person and easy to chat to and puts you at ease with his laid back attitude .
