I have been a personal trainer for more than 10 years and currently offer one to one training, small group training, classes and bootcamps. With a private gym and studio at Manor House Lindley I also offer personal training in clients own homes across Holmfirth and most of Huddersfield. Currently I have morning and evening bootcamps in Lindley with an early morning bootcamp starting very soon every Tuesday and Friday morning at 6.30am at Holmfirth Civic Hall!
Our bootcamps are designed for those that are looking to get fit and lose a bit of weight, are already training and not seeing the results they expected or are simply bored with the usual routine of training in a large, public gym. Bootcamps can include kettlebells, circuit training, HIIT bodyweight exercise, power bags, TRX, battle ropes, slam balls and more! Each Bootcamp also has a step by step diet and eating plan and there is a Facebook support group for members of our bootcamps to give feedback, swap recipe ideas or give tips on training.
All of our sessions though are suitable for all whether you choose one to one training, our classes or our bootcamps. One to one sessions are tailored to fit your own specific goals and take into account your current fitness level, any injuries or niggles you may have along with your previous experience and ability. Classes and bootcamps have set exercises with clear demonstration and instruction for each at the start of the session, however there are always alternatives or options so that each and every exercise is suitable for all participants regardless of fitness level, experience or ability.
As the owner and head coach of Liam O’Brien – Personal Trainer and Yorkshire Bootcamp I first qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer back in 2007, have completed multiple further education and CPD courses and have full public liability insurance.
