Our recently refurbished Holmfirth shop is named “Rieker @Wagstaffs”. Rieker is probably the most popular adults footwear brand in Europe and we hold over 1500 pairs of Rieker footwear and handbags in stock at any time, including the new R Evolution range, so there’s a good chance you will find something that catches your eye!
To complement the Rieker range we also stock Loakes, a classic range of Northampton made men’s shoes and boots, handbags from Envy and Spirit, and slippers including Drapers of Glastonbury.
Our Meltham shop specialises in adults wide fitting footwear from DB, Waldlaufer, G Comfort and Padders. The DB range starts at EE width fitting ( quite wide ) and goes up to EEEEEEEE width ( very, very wide!!) allowing our experienced to help you choose shoes to accommodate a range of foot problems including oedema, swelling, hammer toes, bunions and issues caused by diabetes, arthritis and rheumatism. We are the largest stockists of DB footwear in West Yorkshire. The Waldlaufer and G Comfort ranges have similar fitting properties including some rocker soles, with a bit more European style. All these ranges have removable insoles to accommodate your own orthotic insoles.We also stock HJ socks, including Softops and Diabetic socks.
For those customers who have difficulty getting to the shop, we operate a home visit service to both private hoses and care homes.
The Meltham shop also carries a range of “normal fitting” footwear including some Rieker styles for those people lucky enough to have average feet!.
The Holmfirth shop is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4.30pm at 29 Station Road, HD9 1AB.
The Meltham shop is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am to 4.30pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm.
