A great hands-on role, not your usual ‘office’ job.

We are looking for someone with a varied career background which could include event organising or a PA role with diverse duties.

Using your interest of the outdoors, gardening and rural activities the responsibilities of this role are wide and varied, ranging from general administration to carrying out a range of tasks on site.

The owners are looking for a key team member to work with them and provide support on-site at Totties. You will need to have plenty of initiative, be able to multi-task and have outstanding organization skills and be creative…

You must be proficient and fast-paced especially with formulated spreadsheets in excel, creating social media posts, designing posters in powerpoint &/or canva.

Duties will also involve updating website & leaflets, stocktaking, data entry, general filing, rural activity event set up and bookings, marketing, invoicing etc.

You should be confident in liaising with other team members and both customers and suppliers.

Predominantly Monday to Friday – minimum 30hrs per week, pay rates to be discussed at interview dependent on experience.
