Telesales Executive – RSH Group

Position Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join our organisation based at our branch in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.  This full-time position will require the successful candidate to contribute in generating sales for our growing company via existing and new clients over the telephone as well as maintaining existing relations with our varied customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting existing customers to generate extension sales opportunities and maintain current business relationship
  • Prospecting potential new business opportunities working alongside external sales team
  • Managing and updating internal database as part of daily task
  • Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner
  • Handling both incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and accurate manner
  • Working towards the sales growth objectives aligned with company development plan

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in telesales or other sales/customer service role
  • Ability to efficiently learn about products and services through in-house training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, persistent and able to quickly build rapport and credibility
  • Able to manage data base and build network of contacts

Extra Information

  • Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4.30pm
  • 4 weeks holiday

  • Salary – TBC dependent on experience
